Essing, Mooney join PAC board; public meeting set for Wednesday to talk about possible bond issue

Derek Essing and Rebecca Mooney joined the Pocahontas Area Community School board last week.

They replace Dustin Thompson and Chris Janssen, who resigned at the April meeting.
